Known video issues: If your download abruptly stopped or you accidentally lost your video file, remember that all purchases are always available in your "account" page. You may consider using a download manager if you experience frequent disconnections or are on a low bandwidth connection.  Be sure to download the video file that corresponds to your operating system for optimum viewing quality (.wmv for PC and .mov for MAC). If your video flickers frequently there may be hardware or software issues. Make sure you have the most recent versions of your media player. Older computers may not be equipped with adequate hardware to support viewing higher quality clips. We recommend viewing the sample clips to see which one works best with your current configuration.
